2. Products

MoneyWise Daily sells digital products only: spreadsheet trackers (Excel .xlsx, compatible with Google Sheets), PDF guides, printable planners and wall art. All products are delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices on Payhip are shown in euros. Etsy may display prices in your local currency. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI). Payment is a one-time charge, handled securely by the platform you choose. No subscription.

4. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you receive instant access to download your files. A download link is also sent by email.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, digital content delivered immediately upon purchase with prior agreement waives the statutory right of withdrawal once download begins.

6. Personal Use and Intellectual Property

All products are sold for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of files is strictly prohibited.

7. Disputes and Mediation

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can fix it. If no solution is found, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: CM2C – Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France – www.cm2c.net (https://www.cm2c.net). EU customers can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by French law.
