Who is responsible for your data
A. Diaw, MoneyWise Daily, c/o Kandbaz, 1 rue de Stockholm, 75008 Paris, France. Contact: assawatt064@gmail.com.
What data we collect and why
- Contact form: your name, email address, the guide you request and your message. We use them only to answer you and send the requested guide. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in answering you.
- Newsletter (only if you subscribe): your email address and first name, to send budgeting tips and product news. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
- Technical data: our host may record basic technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) to keep the website secure and running. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Purchases
Purchases are made on Payhip or Etsy. These platforms collect and process your payment and order data under their own privacy policies. We receive only what we need to deliver your order and handle support.
Who receives your data
Your data is never sold. It is only shared with the service providers we use: our website host (Lovable, hosted on Cloudflare), which stores form submissions securely, our email provider (Google Gmail) and, for the newsletter, MailerLite. Purchases are processed by Payhip and Etsy. Some of them may process data outside the European Union; in that case, transfers rely on safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Contact requests: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Technical logs: as set by our host, usually no more than 12 months.

If you think your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, or the authority in your country.
